Most order ship within 7 business days. Free local pick up in Rochester is available, otherwise shipping fees are flat rate $6.00.

Returns and repairs

Make sure you order the right size. As a small-scale and single person business, I do not re-size rings.

Normally, I do not offer refunds or exchanges, although let me know if there are any issues. Any refunds or exchanges considered would need to be within two weeks after its arrived to your home.

For any damaged piece, reach out so that we can discuss. Depending on the repair need, there might be a cost incurred. Buyer covers the shipping cost minimally and free local pickup and/or drop off in Rochester is available.
